COMPLETE PAINT SERVICES

We can paint your aircraft in Campbell River at our newly built paint booth/hangar. Our paint service ensures the quality of your paint finish if excellent. We are able to paint aircraft in size up to Beech 1900s, Otters, King Air's or Cessna Citations. We are readily able to provide quotes for you.

We start with the design process. We include design services in our painting service, however, if you already have a completed design, we would be happy to paint your aircraft anyways. We will provide you with a representation of your aircraft paint scheme before we paint. We will take photos of the aircraft when it arrives, documenting the process along the way.

We disassemble the aircraft, take all the moveable surfaces off, mask off what is required, strip the old paint, phosphoric acid the aluminum (alumiprep 33), sandblast if necessary, Strontium chromate primer it (Alodine 1201), then epoxy zinc chromate (Koropon 515 - 700), then a minimum of 3 coats of finish using DuPont paints. Having the aircraft disassembled allows us to paint the inside of the wrappers, all the butt ends, into the corners etc. Our system allows us to ensure the long life of your paint job.

When we re-assemble, we make sure that all of the bolts, hinges etc are lubricated and that they are paint free and able to be easily inspected and that all controls are correct and operating properly.  The disassembly and assembly are done by AME's and the aircraft is then properly signed out.

During the process, we will inspect the aircraft. If there is any hidden damage, we will immediately notify you. Corrosion issues will get the same response. Photos would be sent, or you would be asked to personally inspect the aircraft at that time. Repair can be done at our local aircraft manufacturing and repair facility in Campbell River.

Feel free to ask others what the process your aircraft might go through and you will see that our service is well worth the money.
